The Bankers’ Bank of Kentucky, in partnership with Approval Payment Systems, offers a complete menu of electronic payment solutions to businesses of every size and type. APS is a full service provider, offering an all-inclusive solution for the payment processing needs on any business. APS enables merchants to accept debit and credit cards, EBT, gift cards, fleet cards, and checks safely and efficiently. APS also provides ATM solutions, stored value cards, Internet payment processing, and a credit card issuing program for financial institutions.

    SERVICES OFFERED

·  Acceptance of All Major Credit and Debit Cards – Including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. 
 

·  Acceptance of Fleet Cards Including Wright Express and Voyager – By accepting these fueling and maintenance cards, merchants expand their client base to include many government and corporate agencies
 

·  Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) – An electronic system that allows the transfer of government benefits to retail merchants for payment of products received. EBT cards may be used to access cash at ATMs or receive food and/or cash at point of sale.
 

·  Gift and Loyalty Card Program – Specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses, this program provides an electronic card-based alternative to traditional paper gift certificates.
 

·  Government Payment Solutions – APS allows government agencies or municipalities to accept electronic payments for utility usage, property taxes, or other payments.
 

·  Stored Value Cards – Prepaid Visa branded gift cards used to purchase goods and services at any retailer accepting major credit cards.
