The Bankers’ Bank Mortgage Services support team is comprised of experienced mortgage professionals who share a vision of providing professional, high quality, personalized service. Your bank will receive personal onsite training from one of our mortgage professionals and ongoing customer support.

THE PROCESS

Our mortgage process will allow for the least amount of involvement on the part of your institution.

• You accept the loan application from your customer
• We provide pre-approval through our automated underwriting system
• We provide all mortgage-related disclosure requirements to your borrower
• You negotiate directly with your customer for an origination fee and yield spread premium retained by your bank
• Once data is complete, we process the loan and submit the loan for approval using Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector or FNMA’s desktop Underwriter. The loan is closed and funded by the investor.

SPECIALITY PROGRAMS

80/20 Program

• Combo 100 is a first and second mortgage (80/20) that permits financing up to 100% LTV without mortgage insurance.
• Terms: 30 & 15 year fixed or 1/1, 3/1, 5/1, or 7/1 ARMS available
• Options available for rate/term refinances 80/15/5, or 80/10/10

103% Program

• Provides 103% financing for purchase transactions allowing for 3% of the closing cost to be rolled into the loan amount.

Stated Income Program

•  For self-employed borrowers or W-2 borrowers unable to prove enough income

Expanded Approval Program

• For borrowers unable to qualify under FNMA’s conforming loan program
