De Novo Services Program

Since 1988, The Bankers' Bank of Kentucky has provided exceptional denovo assistance to De Novo organizations.  We can provide everything from escrow services to stock loans to operational service solutions.

Escrow Services
We provide a standardized escrow service agreement along with a transmittal for capital purchases.  Escrow Account Information is available via secure email once your escrow account is established.  After the capital requirements are met, BBKY will coordinate the transfer of funds from escrow to your dda clearing account. 

Lending Services
Our Lending Professionals can provide you with assistance on organizational loan expenses, construction and facility financing as well as initial bank stock financing for officers and directors.  In addition, BBKY may be able to warehouse quality credits on your behalf, while your bank is in organization.

Operational Services
The Bankers' Bank can provide assistance with all operational servicing needs.  From DP solutions, policies/procedures, internet banking, credit card solutions, armored car delivery and much more.
