De Novo Consultative Services
BBKY has assisted de novo banks since 1988. Working with incorporators and management teams, BBKY provides specialized assistance to help throughout the organizational process, including vendor recommendations. We can also help introduce you to other de novo banks that have utilized BBKY's services.

Escrow Agency Service
BBKY assists de novo banks by acting as Escrow Deposit Agent for equity subscription funds as they are collected before regulatory approval has been received. BBKY maintains a subscriber list that includes the number of shares purchased and amount paid by each subscriber, as well as all required subscriber information. A statement of account, including interest paid, is mailed monthly along with an updated list of subscribers.

Organizational Lines of Credit
